Panorama view.

The flat has several balconies that we don't use much, as of yet. We need to get some patio furniture, and I think we are also nervous about letting the kids loose out there. The patio floors are marble and this being the rainy season, there's always a slippery puddle lying in wait.

However, the views are lovely. If I squint my eyes, I can almost imagine we're in Paris... almost. A girl can dream, can't she?

Do you see the avenue in the right side of the photo? It leads toward the lagoon,
which you can't see at all in the picture, but it's there, and it's lovely.
These photos are a 180-degree view from our rear balcony.

This is the view from the other side of the flat, where you can see the other buildings in our complex, the construction site next door, and the pool and playground below.

You can't tell in this picture, but there is a beautidul view of the lagoon on two sides of our flat.
It is hazy today because of the humidity, so the horizon is blending together.
I'll work on getting a better shot.

  1. Wow! What an experience! It is so neat to see all the pictures and read about your experiences. It looks like the kids are settling in great - congrats to Dane on the pill taking! Good luck on the water leak and power outages.
